Booking & Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the booking value.


Payments
Prices are confirmed before work begins. Payment is due on completion (or by invoice due date for regular clients).


Access to Property
Please make sure we have safe access, electricity, and water. Remove valuables or fragile items before your clean.


Our Commitment
All services are carried out by trained, insured staff. If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.


Liability
We’re insured, but we can’t be held responsible for pre-existing damage, fair wear and tear, or unsuitable items for cleaning.

Formal Contract Terms & Conditions

 1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of cleaning services by DeeVee Cleaning Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.


2. Services Provided
We provide domestic, Airbnb, end of tenancy, and commercial cleaning services in Rotherham, Sheffield, and surrounding areas. Services will be carried out as agreed in your booking or contract. Additional services outside the original agreement may incur extra charges.


3. Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings must be confirmed in writing, by phone, or via our booking system. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather).


4. Pricing and Payment
Prices will be confirmed before services commence. Payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice. We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee per week overdue.


5. Client Responsibilities
You must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. You must ensure running water, electricity, and adequate lighting are available. If cleaning products or equipment are to be supplied by you, they must be safe and suitable for use. You must remove valuable or fragile items before cleaning.


6. Our Responsibilities
We will carry out cleaning services with reasonable care and skill. Our staff are trained, insured, and bound by confidentiality. We will not be liable for pre-existing damage, fair wear and tear, or items not suitable for cleaning.


7. Liability
We hold public liability insurance. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost rent, business interruption). Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.


8. Health & Safety
Our staff follow COSHH guidelines and risk assessments. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning in hazardous or unsafe environments.


9. Keys and Access
If you provide keys, we will store and use them securely. We are not responsible for loss or theft if the property is not properly secured upon our departure and this results from your instructions.


10. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning agreements with 14 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur if these Terms are breached.


11. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a re-clean or fair resolution.


12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
